• To win, join at least one BookJam mailing list using the form on the front page of the website. Winner will be chosen randomly from email addresses added to the mailing list from February 24, 2010 to June 1, 2010.
• Entrants must leave a valid email address.
• Contest only open to public and private schools within the United States.
• Contest will close on June 1, 2010. Winner will be announced on June 1, 2010. Any entries received after 12:00AM on June 1, 2010 will be deemed ineligible.
• If the winner as announced on July 1, 2010 fails to respond to attempts to contact, Recorded Books reserves the right to announce a new winner.
• The winner, as chosen by Recorded Books, will receive one full copy of the Alan Sitomer BookJam. Winner can choose which BookJam they will receive.
• Recorded Books reserves the right to confirm eligibility of winning entrant.
• The winning school agrees to provide feedback to Recorded Books on the BookJam product. Any feedback received by Recorded Books may be used in marketing materials by Recorded Books and the Alan Sitomer BookJam.
